Reserving studios for short-term use

You can reserve an individual or group studio via the UB App.

Use policy studios

• You can enter your booked studio within 15 minutes after the start of your booked timeslot. Please swipe your University card (even if the door is open) to register your arrival. After 15 minutes, the reservation expires and the studio can be issued to others;
• Individual studios are suitable for 1-2 people maximum;
• You can open the studio with your University card; if you have reserved a group studio, all added visitors can access the studio with their University cards, too;
• In case you expect to leave earlier than the appointed time, please change the end time of your reservation so that others can use the studio after you;
• Please remember that if you choose to leave any belongings in the studio, you do so at your own risk.
