Compulsory literature/Seminar shelves
Attention: the University Library and the corona virus
- The UB City Centre is reopening in phases. UG students can reserve a study place.
- The Central Medical Library (CMB) is open again, on weekdays from 10 am - 5 pm: only with a reservation.
- The UB Zernike remains closed for the time being.
- The research room Special Collections is open by appointment only.
You will find the compulsory literature among the regular collections in the University Library City Centre.
Are you a lecturer, and would you like the compulsive literature for your course(s) to be available in the University Library? You can submit an acquisition request for compulsory literature. Doing so at least 5 weeks before the start of your course, allows us to process your request in time.
Seminar shelves Arts - Theology
In the seminar shelves you will find publications lecturers have reserved. You will find the seminar shelves on the 2nd floor (turn left in front of the coffee corner). These publications are not lendable and cannot be borrowed; they can only be used within the University Library City Centre, so that everyone can access them.
Lecturers can reserve publications for tutorials on the seminar shelves. Publications may be borrowed; therefore we ask you to request the desired literature at least 5 weeks in advance via the webform.
