RUG/UMCG score the highest with 94% Open Access publications
The University of Groningen/UMCG, together with Leiden University, has the highest score with 94% open access publications. This is according to the Open Access Monitor conducted by CWTS (Centre for Science and Technology Studies) on behalf of NWO (and ZonMw).
