NTvG will stop offering subscriptions for institutions
The Nederlands Tijdschrift voor Geneeskunde (NTVG) will no longer offer an institutional subscription from January 1, 2024, which means that access for us and other universities and UMCs will no longer be available.
The reason for the discontinuation is that the NTVG has insufficient income, partly because many doctors read the magazine digitally and have stopped their individual subscription.
The NTvG has made an offer to the universities and UMCs to remain in the air, but the costs are so high that they are unaffordable for all institutions.
Access to www.ntvg.nl will stop from January 1, 2024. It remains possible to take out a subscription on an individual basis with online access to all articles.
