Call for action: Academic publishers and surveillance practices at RUG
Last year, the YAG Policy working group worked on a document about academic publishing and surveillance practices at the UG. In December 2022, the Young Academy organized a debate where several UG information and data specialists from the library, RISe, and the The Open Science Community Groningen participated.
Together with the The Open Science Community Groningen, we share the 'Call for action: Academic publishers and surveillance practices at RUG' with you.
In the long run, YAG would like to contribute to developing a long-term vision on the future of academic publishing and the university’s relationship with commercial publishers.
We are looking forward to discussing the matter with you!
