Fundamental of the Universe symposium 2024
24 April 2024
It is our pleasure to announce the next Fundamentals of the Universe (FotU) symposium on the 24th of April, 9:30-17:00, Senator Room, Academy building.
The FotU is an initiative between the Bernoulli Institute, the Kapteyn Institute and the van Swinderen Institute for Particle Physics and Gravity with the aim of building interdisciplinary research. The institute currently has 7 PhD fellows, who work on topics that are cross-disciplinary between these institutes. See www.fundamentalsoftheuniverse.com for more information about the current fellows and affiliate members.
The program has been running for almost 4 years and we like to celebrate this with presentations from our successful PhD’s complemented by talks of senior scientists related to the FotU interests. The event will start at 9:30 and close at 5PM and will be followed by drinks. Below a preliminary program. Titles and abstracts to follow soon.
