Two New Books on One Day
Prof Jan H Jans, professor of Administrative Law and vice-dean of the law faculty, received on August 10, first copies of two new book-editions he co-authored.
The first book Europees Recht – Algemeen Deel now in its 5th edition, is the most popular and widely used, EU law textbook in the Dutch language. The second book Europeanisation of Public Law, now in its 2nd edition, is the acclaimed study about the relation between European and national public law.
