Our MOOCs

Massive Open Online Courses

The University of Groningen offers young and old, with or without prepatory training, the opportunity to participate in a number of our online courses. Most of them are MOOCs, Massive Open Online Courses, which we offer through the British FutureLearn platform .

What is a MOOC?

A MOOC is a free online course, accessible to anyone, anywhere. You can take the course when and where it suits you best and with the wide variety of subjects, there is always something to learn that interests you at that moment. That way lifelong learning suddenly become a lot easier.
The courses are developed by our own teachers, educators and audio-visual specialists.

For questions about MOOCs please contact Tom Spits , coordinator MOOCS.
