Judge RAUL CANO PANGALANGAN: 'The Power and Limits of International Criminal Justice'

The Groningen Research Centre for Southeast Asia and ASEAN (SEA ASEAN), IRIO, and the Faculties of Arts and Law, are pleased to announce a special presentation and session with the International Criminal Court, (former) ICC Judge Pangalangan.  He will speak on ‘The Power and Limits of International Criminal Justice.’ Judge Pangalangan is currently Professor of Law, University of the Philippines, Diliman Campus.
