Driving with mild cognitive impairments

In the project Fitness to drive of older drivers with mild cognitive impairments the expert centre Older Traffic Participants (Expertisecentrum Oudere verkeersdeelnemers - in Dutch) in which our group, the University Medical Hospital (UMCG), SWOV, and the Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing (CBR) work together, focusses on assessment of ability to drive of people with starting dementia or other mild cognitive impairments. Neuropsychological tests, assessment in the driving simulator, and on-the-road evaluation are included in this project.
