Marnix Wallinga Visiting Researcher Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and London School of Economics
From 19 June until 19 July Marnix Wallinga (GCEFSL) will conduct research at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS), University of London and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). His research will focus on the private law remedies for breach of the EU conduct of business rules by investment service providers in national contract and tort laws, with particular emphasis on English law.
