IT Law Service Centre

The IT Rechtswinkel [IT Law Advice Centre] answers any legal questions in the field of IT law. The IT-Rechtswinkel’s consultation hours take place twice a week in the Groningen city centre. All IT-Rechtswinkel staff members study at the University of Groningen.

The IT- Rechtswinkel was set up, on the one hand, to provide legal assistance to individuals and small, start-up businesses that cannot afford a specialized law firm. On the other hand, the IT- Rechtswinkel offers students the opportunity to gain experience, under the guidance of professionals.

The consultation hours are free of charge and you can drop in without an appointment. The consultation hours take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. To ensure quality, we work together with ICTRecht Groningen and are supported by professionals from the field.
