FACULTY SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS FOR THESIS PRINTING COSTS
The faculty regulations dovetail with the university regulations for the reimbursement of thesis costs set out by the Executive Board (see thesis regulations)
The university Decision concerning Reimbursement of Thesis Printing Costs
The Central Student Desk (CSB), which deals with the PhD administration, pays every PhD candidate who graduates at the RUG a standard amount of € 750, regardless of the cost price of the thesis and regardless of the number of copies that the PhD candidate has to provide for the PhD degree requirements under the PhD Degree Regulations. This regulation has been included as an appendix to the PhD Degree Regulations. The PhD candidate must submit a written application to the CSB on the standard form.
