Master closing at Noorderzon

31 August 2015

Last Thursday, August 27 2015, the Closing Ceremony for graduated Honours Master students took place. In the Spiegeltent at Noorderzon, 30 students (out of 50 graduate students in total) were awarded with a voucher, with which they can retrieve the Honours certificate after completing their regular Master’s degree programme.

Upon entering the venue, students received a necklace with a key, that symbolizes the ‘key to success’. This key and the question ‘Where is the Honours Master programme the key for in your future?’ were central themes during the evening.

Hostess Eva Pantelakis let the students carry out assignments during an interactive programme. For instance, students had to create a tableau vivant; they had to work with each other to form an image within the theme ‘Leadership’. After a joint toast, the festive evening ended with the Noorderzon performance ‘Mementos Mori’.
