'Ins and Outs: Questions and Answers' knowledge base

In the 'Ins and Outs: Questions and Answers' knowledge base you can find the most common questions about applying, fixed intake courses, registration and deregistration, tuition fees, student grants, studying with a performance disability, the Graduation Fund, the BSA system, submitting a complaint, objection or appeal, IT facilities, sports and cultural facilities, general information about studying abroad, etc.

If you can't find the answer to your question, just submit it using the web form to the staff of the University Student Desk. Unless otherwise indicated, you will receive an answer to your question within two working days. You can find the link to this form below each question.

Faculty knowledge base

The faculty knowledge base contains the most common questions and answers about your faculty. This includes your curriculum, your timetable, registering for course units, examination regulations, placements, graduating, books, etc.

If you can't find the answer to your question, just submit it using the web form to a member of the faculty staff. The link to the web form should be below each question.

Not every faculty has yet got a knowledge base. If your faculty does not, take a look at their website or contact the faculty education desk.
