Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are two developmental disorders, which in the handbook of psychiatry are described as two clearly distinct classifications. However, in clinical practice as well as on a neuropsychological level they are difficult to separate. This thesis makes use of psychophysiological measures for investigating the differences between children with these developmental disorders in this specific aspect of the executive functions.
