21 May 2014

At the Department of Chronobiology of the University of Groningen, Moniek Geerdink is researching the direct effect of various types of light during the day on the quality of sleep. Test subjects with sleep problems will reside in the lab on three occasions for 36 hours to determine the effects of various sorts of light. The ultimate goal is to contribute to light therapy for people with sleep disorders.
