Landscape in focus

The Centre for Landscape Studies of the University of Groningen studies Dutch and European cultural landscapes.The Centre recently launched an interactive website with information on the development and structure of landscapes in the northern Netherlands. Visitors can discover how the landscape in their area came about and view old maps. They can also add information, such as place names, stories about locations and photographs.

The weekly online video magazine Unifocus highlights topics related to the University of Groningen in the fields of research and society, student life, teaching, policy and internationalization.
