Call for Artist in Residence 2027-28 is now open!

From today it is possible to apply or nominate someone else for a residency in the autumn of 2027 at KNIR. The Artist in Residence programme is a collaboration between the Society of Arts (Akademie van Kunsten) and KNIR. The programme offers one place for the academic year 2027-28. The application period opens Monday 1 September 2026, and closes Monday 16 November, 12.00 CET. The residency in Rome is awarded to an artist who works for three months on a project that contributes concretely to the cross-fertilisation between art and academics.
