General information

The Master’s degree programme in Educational Sciences: ‘Educational Effectiveness and Instructional Design’ teaches you to analyze education from a system’s point of view. This results in attention for the context, input, proces and outcomes of education. Central in this view is attention for ways to improve education and issues related to the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of education.

Admission

  • University Bachelor's degree in education or a Bachelor's degree in a subject related to education
  • Good knowledge of research methodology and related statistics (a diagnostic test is available on the website of the programme, see below)
  • Good knowledge of educational psychology (a diagnostic test is available on the website of the programme)
  • Advanced analytic and synthetic cognitive skills
  • English language requirement: TOEFL 580/92 or IELTS 6.5

  • All applications are subject to an academic assessment by the Admission Board
