About PhD training
A doctoral degree programme at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is a focused research experience. PhD students develop their projects jointly with one or more faculty supervisors and carry them out in a department situated within one of our research institutes. Working in these institutes provides like-minded scientists with a chance to share hands-on technical knowledge, develop professional networks, and participate in activities such as seminars and literature discussions.
