  Goals

At the end of the Medical Sciences Spring School Healthy Ageing students should:

  • have gained insight in and recognize societal, medical and biological aspects of an ageing society.
  • have had 'hands-on' experience with Healthy Ageing-related research techniques in all three disciplines (societal, medical and biological).
  • be able to approach and solve a Healthy Ageing-related problem by combining all three disciplines (societal, medical and biological).
  • be able to apply knowledge obtained from papers and lectures to the presented Healthy Ageing-related problems.

To reach these goals students should show rigour in their own discipline and openness and tolerance to other views and approaches.
