Our Faculty: Concentrating on people

The Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences is a thriving community. Our mission is to conduct high-level research and provide high-quality teaching. The focus of our Faculty is the study of human behaviour and development, relationships between people, and society as a whole. Thanks to our research activities, our Faculty has become a leading centre in the field of behavioural and social science. Research also forms the basis of our teaching programmes. Our Faculty offers several degree programmes that are completely taught in English: our Bachelor of Psychology programme, several Masters in the fields of Psychology, Pedagogy and Educational Sciences, and a two-year Research Master's programme. Next to this we offer Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes taught in Dutch in the fields of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology. All programmes offer modules for Exchange students.
