The fund is
meant for extra emancipation
activities. Personnel of
Groningen
university can submit proposals for
funding either short projects for
the development of women studies and
emancipation policy research or on
behalf of other emancipation
activities. Proposals have to be
submitted by the faculties, which
are obliged to finance half of the
costs (’50-50 matching’)
