Mibiton Science fonds
|

Door investeringen bij (pre)starters te doen, die nog een sterke band met een kennisinstelling hebben, en die apparatuur voor bijvoorbeeld ‘proof of concept studies’ inzetten.

| FOM Industrial Partnership Programmes |
If you really want to build bridges between fundamental research and industrial research then make sure you regularly drink a cup of coffee together.' The Industrial Partnership Programmes (IPPs) of FOM are a concrete elaboration of that idea.
An IPP is intended for longer-term fundamental research by FOM staff in close contact with industrial researchers in areas with a good potential for innovation and challenging scientific questions. In other words joint research that might yield groundbreaking innovations.
FOM has superb and often long-term relationships with industrial partners. Companies not only value the results emerging from research with FOM but also the quality of the FOM researchers, a large number of whom end up working in these companies.
FOM researchers have been trained in a creative and autonomous environment, have international experience and have learned to use state-of-the-art equipment. They not only possess the latest scientific knowledge and insights but have also been trained in aspects such as systematic working, giving clear presentations, valorisation and management techniques.
At the top right-hand corner of this page you can download the booklet 'The profits of cooperation' about FOM's IPPs |
