Employment conditions

The Fellow is 1,0 fte (38 hours a week), an employment of a minimum of 0,8 fte is also possible. The salary starts at € 3.195 gross (scale 11). We offer 8% holiday allowance and 8,3% end of the year allowance. We offer a minimum of232 hours (approx. 30 days) of holiday leave at a fulltime employment, moving costs facilities and the possibility for foreign Fellows to apply for the 30% Regeling.
  
We also offer facilities for the partner of the Rosalind Franklin Fellow to make it easier to find a job here also.
 
After the employment at the University of Groningen we expect that the Rosalind Franklin Fellow will acquire the Basic Teaching Qualification, in case the Fellow doesn’t meet these requirements yet.
