About e-mail for life and the Alumni Network

If you want to stay in touch with fellow students, colleagues and the university from anywhere in the world after you graduate, try e-mail for life and the Alumni Network. E-mail for life is a free e-mail facility for alumni of the University of Groningen. You get an e-mail address (your.name@alumnus.rug.nl) and a mailbox.

The Alumni Network is a private e-community where you can share knowledge, experience and memories with old fellow students.  

The alumni account does not give access to facilities of the University library. 

Getting an account

If you graduated recently you will automatically get access to b oth facilities. You will be informed by mail at your student e-mail address when the account is ready.

If you graduated more than six months ago you can register here.
