The secretary’s office is open on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The library and the laboratory are open to external users by appointment, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

We are closed on Dutch, Italian, and Roman public holidays: 1 and 6 January – Easter Monday – Whit Monday – 25 April – 1 May – 2 and 29 June – 15 August – 1 November – 8, 25 and 26 December; the laboratory is moreover not available in January and August; the library is closed to external users during the month of August.
