The KNIR Community

KNIR forms the center of an active, inspiring, and intellectually challenging academic community. The academic staff, researchers, and students in Rome are connected to a large network of fellow academics and alumni in the Netherlands, Italy, and around the world. What unites them is a shared scholarly interest in the richness and diversity of the Mediterranean world, in particular Rome and Italy, from the Bronze Age to the present day.
