Performance by choir for the elderly with hearing loss

Researcher Ellie Harding of the Faculty of Arts of the RUG is investigating whether creative and cognitive challenges make people healthier and more vital. Previous research with elderly people who learned English and also took guitar lessons indicated that. The research in Haren is a follow-up to this. Ellie Harding - with the help of conductor Halbe de Jong of the CKC Haren - set up a choir especially for this research.
The concert is a festive event around the research, in which participants and researchers create something beautiful together. The participants sing in the choir, and scientists present the research in an accessible and captivating way.
