Inequality lecture at EIB
|Date:||20 December 2016|
Robert Inklaar lectures today at the European Investment Bank about Inequality and GDP. He will argue that our understanding of income differences across countries depends crucially on accurate and frequent comparisons of prices across countries as reliance on a single price comparison can quickly lead to a distorted view. This argument is illustrated in both a contemporaneous and historical setting. A video of the lecture will be posted on the lecture series' website afterwards.
