Call for case studies ‘Inclusion in the workplace’

The Faculty of Economics & Business is organizing an opportunity for alumni, employers, and corporate partners to have FEB students design interventions for inclusion. Our first run in 2020, resulted in a very fruitful collaboration between three student teams and three different clients. Please find the report here.

Globalisation and an evolving workplace results in more diversity in the work environment. This diversity can concern nationality, language or culture. It can also concern gender, sexual orientation, religion, ability or other elements of personal and group differences.

  • Do you have diverse teams working together? Do you want to make more of the potential of diverse talents and experiences to foster innovation?
  • Do you see interpersonal and social challenges arising between some colleagues? Are you uncertain as to what would work to solve the issue?

If the answer to any of these questions is ‘Yes’, please get in touch with us to deliver your case study to highly motivated and involved students at FEB.

FEB students will be following a procedure during 3 months in the Spring of 2021, to:

  1. Explore the situation with you as client
  2. Define the challenges
  3. Design & suggest possible interventions
  4. Evaluate applicability of those solutions

What’s in it for you?

  1. Gaining insight into different kinds of intervention
  2. Get in touch with motivated students
  3. Exploration of the impact of diversity elements in your work environment
  4. Suggestions and insight on how inclusion can be implemented in your organisation

What do we need from you?

  1. Case study delivered through this webform
  2. Availability for a brief intake interview with us in January-February 2021
  3. Max. 4 hours availability throughout period March-June 2021
  4. Please note that you do not need to be physically present.

Please note, you have the option to deliver the case study in an anonymous version. Should you deliver a case study, we can get in touch for an intake to further discuss the elements present in your organization. The call closes at the end of December 2020.
