What they learn

Our four bachelor’s degree programmes

BSc Bedrijfskunde (business administration) (Dutch)

Subjects in the first year are Organisational and Behavioral sciences, amongst others. In the second year, students specialise in either accountancy & controlling, technology management or business & management. Students enroll in a minor of their choice and write their bachelor thesis in the final year.

BSc Econometrics and Operations Research (English)

The first year is meant to create a basis for year 2 and 3, with subjects like Statistics, and Computer Programming. In the second year, students broaden their knowledge of mathematical modelling. They take courses in the four major topics, e.g. Econometrics or Actuarial Studies. In the third year students will take electives and write their bachelor thesis.

Bsc Economics and Business Economics (English)

Subjects in the first year are introductions to International Economics and International Business, amongst others. Students also take an English language course to develop their academic writing and presentation skills. In the second year, students choose one of three profiles. The third year leaves room for a (foreign) minor.

Bsc International Business (English)

The courses of the first year cover the fundamental disciplines of international business and features extensive training in how to read and write academic English. In the second and third year students take additional courses in, amongst others, international management. In the third year, students spend a semester abroad and write their bachelor thesis.
