The Online Executive Programme on Health Protection, Humanitarian Settings and International Law is meant for professionals working in the medical, public health, humanitarian sector, and related fields who are interested in health protection in crisis settings and want to broaden their knowledge and understanding of the applicable legal and policy structures in humanitarian emergencies and crisis situations.

Since the programme is online, it is suitable for participants from across the world.

Target groups:

  • Professionals working in the medical, healthcare, science, public health, humanitarian sector, and related fields who are interested in health protection and promotion in crisis settings;
  • Legal professionals working at the intersection of the legal profession, public health, military and emergency response/civil defense personnel, and health services provision;
  • Personnel from non-governmental organizations, diplomats, government officials interested in developing their knowledge on policy and development as related to public health, crisis settings, and international law;
  • Students and professionals interested in global health, crisis settings, international health law, as well as other related areas such as policy development, diplomacy, security, military and economics.

Scholarships for participants from Least Developed Countries (LDC) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS) can be discussed.
