Reference Manager (RM) is an indispensable tool for writing an article or thesis. The RM Software supports users managing their references in a database and carefully making up their citations (citations of references in a manuscript) and bibliographies via a userfriendly linking to a word processor. The programme offers very many possibilities, of which the most important are;
- Creating databases (or various databases) with references of multiple origin like journal articles, books, congress reports or electronic resources. The references are imported by the keyboard or are directly downloaded from a CD-rom and Internet-databases.
- Searching references in a database by simple or complex search orders.
- Automating the lay-out of citations and bibliographic references in a manuscript by add-ins for Word or WordPerfect
