The UB (main university library) provides facility support in the provision of access to the publications of staff, departments, research schools and institutes of the university.
Dissertations and theses can also be published online via the portal of the RUG libraries. This also applies to research reports and pre-prints.
The UB acts as a publisher and co-publisher of electronic publications, and the RUG libraries act as a host for electronic journals and other publications.
In addition, the university is gaining experience in the archiving and conservation of electronic publications ranging from individual items to complete web sites.
