All workshops take place in the course room of the Central Medical Library (4th floor). There is a maximum of 15 participants per course. On-site workshops for staff members of Beatrixoord can also be arranged.
For participants connected to the UMCG, our courses and workshops are free of costs.

Costs for externals:
For groups outside the UMCG: 100 Euro per hour.
For individuals (outside the UMCG): 45 Euro per workshop.
Workshops tailored to your needs
At request, the Central Medical Library presents workshops 'Evidence Based Literature Search' at your department, for instance for a group of AIOS. We work with practically oriented cases, participants practice on computers.
For students of the Wenckebachinstituut, like nurses or other groups, the library arranges special instructions.

On-site demo at your department: stay current in the state-of-the-art technology
The information specialists of the Central Medical Library can give a presentation, for instance during a work meeting. We can show you the newest search techniques or practical tips and tricks for searching literature.
