Workshop for teams

Thanks to working from home during the pandemic, we became better at using technology than we ever thought we would be. We now know everything about working and attending meetings online. We are moving towards permanent hybrid working: a combination of working online and in the office has become the new normal. Is your team ready for this way of working? Attend the ‘Working together to introduce hybrid working’ workshop.

Objective

While some of us enjoy working from home, others would rather spend every day together with others. How can a team find a good balance? Which tasks should we do online, and which are better handled in person? How do you navigate through all the technical opportunities? There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution. This short workshop is ideal to find the way of working that fits your team.

Content

During a 2.5-hour session, you will share insights within a group and will reach your first agreements. The session is conducted in a team under the supervision of a trainer. It is also possible to supervise the session yourself. The workshop is meant for teams and departments that want to start a discussion about hybrid working in an effective and enjoyable manner.

Results

During the workshop you will:
