Peer Stiegert is a PhD scholarship student at the University of Groningen in the field of Organizational Behaviour with a background in International Business (B.Sc.) and Business Psychology (M.A.).
In his PhD project he researches public perception of organizational hypocrisy. Specifically, he combines insights from social psychology with stakeholder theory to research how, why and when various stakeholders of organisations consider an organisation's behaviour as hypocritical, what consequences arise from organizational hypocrisy and differences in perceived hypocrisy between organisation types.
