- Humanitarian Action master's Director since 2003. In that post, Coordinator of a nine-time faculty partnership with about 25 academic colleagues.

- Initiator and coordinator of a common European styled interdisciplinary curriculum, merged with the Dutch standards in accordance with the Dublin descriptors and the Tuning process.

- Process responsible for the European NOHA Curriculum Development, harmonising the NOHA education at European and global levels. Process responsible for HELINT (Humanitarian Electronic Learning Environment = Groningen) and NOHA Blackboard
