The cationic substitution is considered to be the effective way to modify the chemical and physical properties. At the same time the cationic substitution in layer type compounds with full or partial ordering of cations of different charge could significantly act on the stability of the structure. In report the influence of the cationic substitution in perovskite-type layer oxides Ln2SrAl2O7 on the ordering phenomena of Ln+3 and Sr+2 cations is presented. The investigation was carried out on series of oxides Ln2SrAl2O7 (Ln = La - Ho) and solid solutions with substitution Sr+2rCa+2 and Ln+3rLn'+3 (Ln, Ln'= La, Nd, Gd, Ho), which present the intergrowth of perovskite layers and rock-salt slabs. The dependence of the type of phase diagrams on ordering phenomena exists both for whole series of substituted solutions Ln2-xLn'XSrAl2O7 and for solutions with the limited solubility - Ln2Sr1-XCaXAl2O7. Cationic substitution and the transformation from the statistical distribution to the ordering have consequence for the stabilization of the structure and solidus-liquidus disposition
