Summary

Current challenges from climate change and related anthropogenic stresses have been the cause of diminishing coastal ecosystem goods and services for many coastal areas. The concept of Ecosystem Services (ESs) has received increased attention, therefore, for addressing these challenges in coastal planning. This project focuses on the question how coastal ecosystem services may be considered in the practice of coastal strategic planning.
