Research on Ageing and Wellbeing Network

The Research on Ageing and Wellbeing Network, embedded in the Faculty of Spatial Sciences, is a group of international researchers from different disciplinary backgrounds as well as practitioners with an interest in Ageing and Wellbeing. In the Faculty, the network facilitates meetings for researchers who address ageing and wellbeing in their research at different spatial scales and from different perspectives, for example housing and real estate, participation in urban planning, everyday experiences, or inclusion and exclusion. The network is interested in building bridges between different disciplines and between research, policy and lay audiences. In addition, the network actively engages undergraduate and graduate students through teaching activities and research projects. In so doing, the network complements and extends the work conducted by HAPS.
