Markets and Sustainability
In the signature area Markets and Sustainability, researchers from Marketing, Operations and Microeconomics combine their expertise to study the sustainability question from different angles. The focus is on how consumers and firms can be influenced to adapt their behavior, and how market design and logistic networks can foster sustainability.
The group has formulated three main research themes: Understanding Consumer Choices; Learning in Markets; Adoption of Sustainable Products. To disseminate the research findings and to establish a platform where researchers can exchange ideas and present their work to peers and practitioners, Markets and Sustainability has an extensive program of seminar series, symposia. There is a visitors program for PhD students and researchers from other universities.
