Short bio:
Swarnodeep obtained his PhD in Economics from Lancaster University, U.K. and has previously worked for Aon-Hewitt, Queen Margaret University, and Lancaster University. His research interests are corporate governance in emerging economies, director expertise, and diversity on corporate boards. His work has been published in Journal of Corporate Finance, Economica, and Manchester School. His research has featured in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, The Wall Street Journal, Guardian, and International Business Times.
