Measurements between February and July 2017 in Hyytiälä, Finland as presented in "Influences of light and humidity on carbonyl sulfide-based estimates of photosynthesis". Dataset consists of: branch fluxes and mole fractions of COS and CO2; LRU; eddy-covariance fluxes of COS and CO2; COS-based GPP estimates and GPP based on nighttime respiration extrapolated to the daytime; stomatal conductance; internal conductance; meteorological information.
