The data package contains one dataset:
RCAsimulation.zip contains the simulation code (MATLAB) used in Kopps et al. 2015 and a manual on how to run the simulation.
We estimated the correct classification rates of RCAs from data sets with 10, 20, 40, and 80 STRs, or 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, or 3200 SNPs. Additionally we performed single simulations with 50,000 SNPs.
