Special Issue of Niger Delta Research Digest

Together with Dr Raimi Lasisi (Federal University of Otuoke), the AFREXTRACT team has edited a special issue of the Niger Delta Research Digest. The special issue, 'Oil, Environment, and Lifeworlds in the Niger Delta' is based on the project's July 2024 conference at the University of Port Harcourt. Articles range in topic from oil spills to artisanal refining and women with disabilities living among petro-aggression. All articles can be accessed through this link. The Niger Delta Research Digest is a long-standing journal publishing cutting-edge social sciences and humanities research on the Niger Delta, based at the Niger Delta University.
