Registration and funding

Registration will open in April. The conference fee is set at 125 euros for early-bird registration, 100 euros for students, and 150 euro for regular registration. The fee includes lunch on June 30 and July 1, coffee breaks throughout the conference, and the welcome drinks following our opening reception with a live musical performance. The conference dinner at restaurant Florentin on Wednesday July 1 will be a separate optional expense, likely around 65 euro per person. Students presenting at the conference may wish to apply for the SSFH conference bursary (up to £500) to help cover the costs.
