Marie Skłodowska-Curie Global Fellowship for Maarten Zwiers

ICOG-member Maarten Zwiers (American Studies and Contemporary History) has received a three-year Marie Skłodowska-Curie Global Fellowship for his research proposal Race Land: The Ecology of Segregation. The project investigates how white-supremacist social systems affect people and the environment on a worldwide scale. During the fellowship period he will be primarily working at the Center for the Study of Southern Culture in Oxford, Mississippi and at the Roosevelt Institute for American Studies in Middelburg.
